For decades\, he has represented diverse groups of consumers in class actions\, arbitration\, and complex litigation. He currently serves as Texas state co-chair for the National Association of Consumer Advocates and as a member of the Council of the Consumer & Commercial Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.

His practice consisted primarily of consumer protection and bankruptcy-related work. \n\n\n\nJustice Mike Lee sits on the Fifth Court of Appeals in Dallas\, Texas. Justice Lee brings over three decades of litigation experience and judicial service\, including presiding over both civil and family district courts in Dallas County. His insights into cross-border litigation are informed by career that spans more than 70 jury trials and numerous appellate arguments.
