About the Speaker: Neil Sobol is a Professor of Law; Director of Legal Analysis, Research & Writing at Texas A&M University School of Law. He began his career in private practice with a large firm in Dallas and opened his law partnership in 1992. His practice consisted primarily of consumer protection and bankruptcy-related work.

Justice Mike Lee sits on the Fifth Court of Appeals in Dallas, Texas. Justice Lee brings over three decades of litigation experience and judicial service, including presiding over both civil and family district courts in Dallas County. His insights into cross-border litigation are informed by career that spans more than 70 jury trials and numerous appellate arguments.
